Job Responsibilities:
  • To apply principles of accounting to analyse financial information and prepare financial reports
  • To prepare consolidated reports for Chief Financial Officer.
  • To review, prepare and submit monthly checklist for compliance and monthly management reports.
  • To prepare reports and disclosures in the Group’s Annual Report.
  • To participate in formulating the Annual Business Plan and to prepare Annual Budget.
  • To supervise the completion of annual audited accounts and filing of company tax estimates, annual tax returns.
  • To ensure the adequacy of funds and to maximise returns on surplus funds placement.
  • To ensure cash flow forecast and profit forecast are within the budgeted range.
  • To perform any other work as and when required.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, statutory financial statements and annual budgets in a timely manner.
  • Prepare monthly collections analysis and follow up on all collections.
  • Provide analysis of operating and capital expenditure with a view to containing cost and planning renewals of capital assets.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Possess a Degree in Accountancy/Finance, ACCA or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in a similar capacity, preferably construction industry
  • Able to lead, independent, positive, committed and willing to work long hours should there is a need arises
  • Able to work with strict deadlines
  • Possess high presentation, critical thinking and strategic planning skill
  • Must be familiar with financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and any other accounting matters
  • Attention to detail and follow-up with accounting knowledge
  • Good spoken and written communication skills
